We are so unbelievably psyched for all of you. It must feel incredible to see all of your hard work coming to fruition. The website is incredible and the menu made my mouth water for a freakish amount of time (yes, that might have a bit to do with my insanity). We cannot wait to share so many experiences with all of you at the Rockhouse and the surrounding area and we would love to make a pilgrimage down there to don one of the Tyvek suits and get in the thick of the project. That Jalapeno Meatloaf is going down………..

Ok, it goes without saying that if it’s done by a “Brouwer” and in the company of Brouwer’s, it gonna be GREAT! The website looks great, (love the logo!), the menu (agree with Nathan) looks amazing! While we are in Elizabethtown, IL, we will find time when all the Brouwer brothers can be together (and Krista, Tina and Beth) will revel in all things good! “Eat, Drink and be Merry”, while cliche’, can be our motto to assure Rockhouse is a Rockin’!

What a name! What a menu! What a wonderful sight to see on this end of HWY 11. Looking forward to sharing a meal at your establishment. It is nothing less than a miracle. Very classy.

This restaurant is about ten minutes away from my house- we stopped there to eat last Sunday and you were completely sold out of food from the night before!! That is amazing! The place looks incredible too- way to go! Will be back soon! 
Thanks so much Amanda, We’d love to see ya! And we are getting the hang of when it is busy and trying to prep for it so we won’t run out next time But we do try hard to have just enough so we don’t fall into that all to common trap of being wasteful. See ya soon.
